Switch between homes
If you work across more than one home, how to move between them — and why one might be missing from the list.
ARC always has one home selected. Everything you see — the dashboard, the young people, search — belongs to that home.
Change home
Use the home switcher in the sidebar and pick the home you want. ARC keeps you roughly where you were: switching while looking at a dashboard lands you on the new home's dashboard rather than throwing you back to the start.
Your role can differ between homes. If you are a manager at one and staff at another, your permissions change as you switch — the sign-off buttons you had a moment ago may not be there.
If a home is missing from the list
The switcher lists homes where you are directly assigned. Being able to reach a home some other way — as a company admin, for instance — doesn't put it in the switcher.
If you genuinely work there, ask a company admin to add you to that home.
If a home is there but won't open
Only active homes can be opened. A home that is still in draft, suspended or archived is closed to everyone regardless of role.
