Which band are we in?
It follows the number of beds your home is registered for, not how many are currently occupied. 1–3 beds is £149, 4–6 beds is £199 and 7+ beds is £249 per month.
Do the bands differ in features?
No. Every band runs the complete platform with unlimited staff accounts. The only difference is the price.
What happens if we register more beds?
If a home moves up a band, the new price applies straight away and we charge the difference for the rest of that month. If you register fewer beds, the lower band applies from your next invoice.
Do you charge per member of staff?
No. Staff accounts are unlimited. Whether your home has five staff or twenty-five, the price is the same.
Are there setup or migration fees?
No. Onboarding, training and help moving your existing records across are included in the monthly price.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Arc is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time.
Can we pay annually?
Yes, and it costs less. Annual billing is ten months' money for twelve months of service: 1–3 beds is £1,490, 4–6 beds is £1,990 and 7+ beds is £2,490 a year. You can start on either cycle and switch later.
What if we run several homes?
Each home is banded on its own registration, so a group of small homes pays small-home prices. Get in touch and we'll set up a single account across your group with combined billing.
How does the free first year work?
Request a demo before 1 January 2027 and open your account before 1 June 2027, and your first home is free for its first twelve months. It applies to one home per company; every other home is charged at its own band price from the date you add it.
