Photos won't upload

What you're seeing. The upload is rejected or silently drops some files.

Why it happens. There are two different photo routes with different limits, which is the usual source of confusion:

• A photo log takes up to 10 at a time.
• The young person's photo gallery takes up to 20 at a time, up to 15 MB each, and also accepts HEIC from iPhones.

How to fix it. Upload in smaller batches. If an iPhone photo is refused on a log, add it to the gallery instead.
