It says I'm not assigned to this home

What you're seeing. You can sign in, but instead of a dashboard you get a screen saying you're not assigned to this home.

Why it happens. Your account exists at company level but hasn't been given a role in any home. Company membership on its own grants nothing operational.

How to fix it. Ask for a home role. Someone with company admin access assigns you to the home and picks your role.
